Please note any orders or key numbers entered incorrectly may still be cut. Any keys ordered incorrectly will not be refunded if they do not work.

In order for us to be able to cut your Mul-T-Lock Interactive key, all we need is the card provided when you originally purchased the locks. On each card you will find a row of number and sometimes also letters. Please see the images on the left to identify your card and provide the numbers in the red boxes.

As Mul-T-Lock agents we are able to cut your key but we require to identify which security level your key is and also obtain the correct profile and cut numbers from the plastic key card that was supplied with the lock when you purchased the lock or had it installed.

The following Mul-T-Lock keys are the types we support for online cutting:-

  • Garrison: Image 1 –
  • Integrator: Image 2
  • MTL 300: Image 3
  • Classic: Image 4
  • MT5: Image 5 (must send physical card)
  • MTL 600: Image 6

Please take a look at your card and see which image it resembles to identify the type you require. On the image it will show which number you require (highlighted in red) to submit in the below box.
