Electric releases and electric strikes are the devices used on communal doors that get the most wear and tear. Regular maintenance is essential to prolong their working life.
Intercoms in blocks are a great convenience and a terrible inconvenience when they go wrong. We are equiped to fix most interm faults at the first visit. Intercom door lock timers are one cause of loss of security in buildings. We can re-programme or replace most timers during our visit.
Access control systems in larger buildings are generally designed to restrict access to the building to those people who should be legitimately on site. There are door controllers at each door, card or fob readers, mains power supplies, magnetic locks or electronic door releases. Our engineers are trained to evaluate the problem and fix it immediately.
Cost vary for all these jobs. If we arrive on site and find there is a major and costly repair required we always assess the work, price the job and gain approval before we proceed.
Regular maintenance pays dividends. Ask about service contracts for your buildings.
