We had Benn Lock and Safe out as our front door’s locking mechanism had completely broken meaning we couldn’t get in or out of it. They came out to us really quickly and got our door, which was a particularly tough job, open. Unfortunately they’d stopped making the mechanism we needed but Benn Lock and Safe found a suitable alternative and came to fit it as soon as they’d received it from the supplier. We were really impressed with how efficient they were from first contact to last. Everyone we dealt with, either on the phone or the locksmiths that came to our house were polite and extremely professional.
