A block management company asked us to visit a site where residents complained that they could hear a buzzer to their flat when the panel button was pressed but could not hear the caller. Our Access Control engineers attended site and conducted a full technical diagnosis and identified that the system was functional but the two way conversation fault was a speech unit failure. Our vans are well stocked with replacement parts. The speech unit was replaced, tested with several flats. The fault was resolved within the hour.
Video Intercom System Installation Papworth, Cambridge
We were asked to provide a modernisation of a current installation. The aim was to control access, log and see visitors using CCTV. The new video door entry system needed to cover a number of doors. We surveyed the current installation and we were able to add to and adapt substantial parts in order to save cost. The new system provided centralised control of multiple entries by reception staff
Cambourne CCTV maintenance services in Cambridge
A customer that had some years ago installed CCTV in Cambridge asked us to repair the system. They reported four cameras were currently inoperable. . We attended to investigate the issue and installed a new containment box, 8 way POE switch and made adjustments to wireless transmission components. All cameras were restored on the same day maintaining security with little downtime.
